Professional Career
With over 25 years of experience in the HR industry, I bring expertise across training and facilitation, competency development, performance management, process design, organizational development, and change management.
Over the years, I have coached individuals from organizations across different sectors such as Automotive, FMCG, IT, B2B businesses, and Banking, as a part of their talent development programs. I have also coached individuals on career and life goals ranging from finding a way forward, maximizing one’s potential, assertiveness, career transition, and self-discovery.

EMCC Global EIA Senior Practitioner and an ICF Certified Coach (ACC)
I am trained in Hogan assessments (psychometric), Global Leadership Assessments 360, and Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential. I am also trained to facilitate transformational change adopting the LSIP change methodology.
