CGN Global is a management consulting firm specialising in operations and supply chain. The consultants in the team were highly qualified and experienced professionals. This made the creation of a learning program very challenging. Most readily available training modules were too simplistic or lack the practical focus necessary for the team.

Deepa helped CGN over a two-year period when we were repositioning the firm to take on challenging outcome-based projects. These are high-risk projects that require a strong blend of technical expertise and client handling skills to deliver change. Deepa helped develop, source, and execute a set of programs that blended the best of internal resources with external inputs to ensure our consultants could function most effectively. These included internal material, like case study debates and hands on training by experienced colleagues. This was combined with external inputs and introspective exercises to increase individual and team effectiveness.
